4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Transaction records are retained for 10 years as required by German tax law (AO §147).

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by DigitalContentCrafts, located at Florian-Geyer-Str. 102, 12489 Berlin, Germany, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Description
DigitalContentCrafts provides content creation, digital copywriting, and strategic narrative services. Services include but are not limited to: blog article production, social media content creation, newsletter sequence building, landing page copywriting, product description writing, ad copy creation, brand narrative calendar development, whitepaper and lead magnet production, and content audit and strategy consulting.
3. Project Scope and Deliverables
Each service engagement begins with a written scope document. Deliverables, timelines, and revision limits are defined in the scope document. DigitalContentCrafts reserves the right to decline scope changes that materially alter project complexity without a revised agreement.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.
- Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 9 percentage points above the ECB base rate.
- DigitalContentCrafts reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables and their associated intellectual property rights transfer to the client. DigitalContentCrafts retains the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly objects in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 36 months.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigitalContentCrafts' total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Berlin, Germany.

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

1. General Policy
DigitalContentCrafts is committed to delivering high-quality content creation and digital copywriting services. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with project milestones and deliverable quality.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Pre-production cancellation: If you cancel before any work has commenced, a full refund minus administrative fees (5% of the total) will be issued.
- Service not delivered: If DigitalContentCrafts fails to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Quality dissatisfaction: If deliverables do not meet the agreed scope after 2 rounds of revision, a partial refund proportional to undelivered work may be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Work completed and approved by the client in writing or via email.
- Services where the client has received and utilized the deliverables.
- Custom research, strategy documents, or consulting sessions already delivered.
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after final delivery.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your invoice number, project details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
5. Payment Method
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on the financial institution.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Berlin, Germany, in accordance with German law.
